Objective

A leading aviation manufacturer looking to reposition their brand and products for continued growth. Sales were stable, however they weren’t reaching the larger target audience, OEM suppliers, for custom retrofit of their products. They’d been branded for several years, yet realized there was a need for brand revitalization. They needed to assess their current brand positioning against the needs and wants of their markets, and develop a game plan to reach them.

Solution

Savy initiated a full brand audit, including client surveys, interviews and market research. The outcome included redesigning the logo and branded collateral, the website and digital materials, rewriting the proposals and sales copy, conducting client interviews and repositioning the brand in the market. Market awareness increased as a result of the new brand and market communications, contracts to tier 1 OEM suppliers began getting signed, and they were able to gain market share in a way they hadn’t been able to prior.
