Expion360, a Central-Oregon-based company, designs and engineers best-in-class lithium battery solutions across industries. Their team approached Savy for a refreshed look and more reactive e-commerce website because they felt their products, brand story, and customer resources were not prominently displayed. They also wanted ongoing support services to grow their digital presence and raise brand awareness.

A brand’s voice gets to the heart of what a brand stands for—its values, differentiators, and timeless human need. With extensive research and company interviews during this initial phase, we identified E360’s voice as educational, pioneering, and aspirational. This internal document sets the tone for the web and social media content, email marketing, and internal communications.
Expion360 had three goals with its site re-design: clarify branding, optimize user experience, and increase sales. In addition, the team needed to add a new dealer portal and nearly 50 new product offerings. We knew showcasing industry applications with distinct product recommendations for each was equally important.
Given the volume of information, we first spent time in the site architecture phase, conducting keyword research, comparing UX designs, and constructing a site structure with flow and usability in mind. Next, our design and development teams worked closely to choose a Shopify framework that met Expion360’s goals and made it easy for potential customers to purchase products and find support.
On-Site SEO &
Two of Expion360’s biggest differentiators are its best-in-class batteries and commitment to ongoing customer support. The team’s prior site listed the products and related industries (RV, Overlanding, marine, residential, and industrial). However, the customer resources were not easily accessible, and the brand’s story was non-existent. Savy’s content team worked closely with E360 to integrate the brand voice and story throughout the site, expand industry use cases (“Explore”), and build out the customer support pages.
Ongoing Strategy Development
To support the rebrand launch, our design and content teams developed a research-backed ongoing marketing strategy for E360. By identifying social media channels, content pillars, and audiences, we positioned E360’s ongoing support to drive the company’s goals.
Just as the website refresh better communicated the product and brand differentiators, our ongoing support services engage with customers, tell the brand story, and drive sales.
