Our full-service creative agency has provided branding, design and digital marketing services for clients across the country since 2007. Our founders are industry veterans with years of experience building enduring brands. Today, Savy Agency’s team of strategists, writers, designers, and developers in Bend, Oregon share a passion for creative branding and translating stories into engaging user experiences. We’re always growing and maintain a second location in Santa Barbara, California. As a global agency, our teams speak Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian – all under the same roof.

 

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

-Create impactful and memorable visual experiences for a dynamic spectrum of clients and brands.
-Help ideate, execute and produce great designs, including brand identity and logo, website, social media, email marketing, advertisement, print, signage and packaging.
-Utilize knowledge of design principles and the latest digital and interactive technologies as well as understanding of different digital channels, functionality and user-experience requirements.
-Work with developers to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
-Stay current with best practices and trends in the digital marketing and advocate knowledge across the organization.
-Achieve production requirements, project deadlines and agency best practices.

 

Skills and Requirements:

-At least five years inhouse or agency experience.
-Education, skills and experience in graphic design from an accredited school of design.
-Posses a strong design portfolio that demonstrates conceptual and creative thinking translated into eye-catching and functional designs.
-Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and HMTL and CSS.
-Demonstrated ability to integrate brand messaging, colors, typography and imagery into all communication types. (digital, print, packaging, etc)
-The ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
-Ability to work closely and effectively with clients to build rapport and identify goals and key performance indicators for a successful agency-client partnership.
-Take initiative and function effectively both independently and as a member of a team, with a willingness to take on and assist with routine and last minute projects.
