Rebecca Lyon started Lyon Design Lab with the belief that design is an opportunity to create a lasting impact. Working in LA, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties, Rebecca and her team partner with high-end flippers, investors, and real estate professionals to elevate spaces through intentional interior design and staging. She approached Savy to create a website that communicated her brand values and showcased her portfolio of work.

Establishing a brand voice ensures cohesion across all written brand communications. During initial discussions with Rebecca, we knew Lyon Design Lab had recently expanded services to include Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties, so brand awareness was top of mind. The bespoke staging services, intimate client experience, and community partnership model had set the company apart from the get-go.
With the brand’s differentiators and goals in mind, we established its voice as professional, elevated, and authentic. This internal document set the tone for future web and social media content, marketing, and internal communications.

Website
LT Northwest’s stunning custom home additions and builds were the stars of the newly created website. Our design team let the work speak for itself with an image-forward design and interactive elements such as embedded videos and expandable brand values. We kept the navigation simple—Home, About, Portfolio, Services, Contact—and incorporated plenty of whitespace throughout.
The sticky navigation makes scrolling through each page seamless and user-friendly, and the focus on quality, not quantity, helps potential customers from feeling overwhelmed. Overall, LT Northwest’s new site is clean, timeless, and visually appealing.

On-Site SEO & Copywriting
Rebecca’s design philosophy pervades everything she does—her belief that homes have the power to inspire, elevate our spirits, and speak to who we are most authentically. It is this passion that our content team felt was most important to communicate throughout the site. After conducting extensive competitive research, we developed an SEO strategy that could help set Lyon Design Lab apart in its target areas.
The new site features informative and actionable service content, as well as expanded About and FAQ pages, to inspire and educate potential clients. Coupled with new case studies (“Stories”) and a streamlined contact page, the new site is the perfect balance of engaging and inspiring.
