For generations, Sherman Homes Building Group (“Sherman Homes”) has been carefully crafting their company as one of the premiere custom home builders in Park City, Utah. Brady Sherman approached Savy with a clear vision: create a website that accurately portrays the brand’s values, process, and scope of work to prospective clients.

Just as a home needs a sturdy framework, so does a brand. We began our work with Sherman Homes in this foundational stage: the brand voice. After the initial discussion with their leadership team, we identified their brand voice as confident, professional, and approachable. These pillars, alongside differentiators like a robust bidding process, cloud-based communications, and mountain-building expertise, helped set the brand apart from competitors.
This internal document set the tone for future web and social media content, marketing, and internal communications.

Website Design
After identifying the brand voice, our design team began creating a modern, visually impactful website that added value for prospective and current customers. We created a clean UX and streamlined navigation so users could quickly find relevant information for their custom home-building research.
By integrating the brand’s stunning portfolio pictures throughout, in addition to graphic treatments like logo watermarks and shadow boxes, the result was an engaging and informative website.


On-Site SEO & Copywriting
Our targeted SEO strategy needed to be aimed toward Park City homeowners (or future homeowners) as well as a more newly established audience in Salt Lake City, Utah. With this in mind, our content team created compelling site copy that legitimized the brand’s longstanding history. There was a heavy emphasis on the brand’s values and process, as well as details about team members and their individual areas of expertise.
With the ultimate CTA of reaching out for a new build, each page showcases Sherman Home’s transparency, passion, and innovation.

Go To Market Strategy & Email Marketing
The Sherman Homes Building Group has a rich history dating back to 1972 in Tahoe, California. After 15 years in Utah, the brand wanted to push its presence further and emphasize its experience in the area, as well as with the intricacies of mountain building. That said, a multi-pronged approach was employed to help optimize the digital experience, boost sales, increase brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms with paid search, grow organic followings, and reach new audiences and interested parties through location-based marketing and targeted landing pages.
This comprehensive approach also included targeted emails. With segmented campaigns and personalized offers, Sherman Homes sought to boost conversions via website opt-ins, partnerships, and tracking & analytics.
