Today, Savy Agency’s team of strategists, writers, designers, and developers in Bend, Oregon share a passion for creative branding and translating stories into engaging user experiences. As a Director of Content and Digital, you will:

-Report to and assist the Creative Director with research and development of the following strategies:

  • brand communication
  • SEO/keyword
  • content
  • social media
  • paid search

-Oversee a team of content producers in a highly visible, fast-paced agency environment.

-Work closely with content creators to implement strategies across all digital channels for a variety of diverse client types and their specific audiences.

-Monitor the successful implementation of client strategies and review all production for quality standards.

-Work with the Creative Director and content producers to assess ROI and optimize programs accordingly.

-Develop eye-catching headlines, SEO-optimized blog copy, landing page copy, paid search copy, social copy, email copy and sourcing of branded imagery to achieve engagement and conversions goals.

-Achieve production goals, project deadlines and agency Q/A best practices.

 

Skills and Requirements:

-10+ years of copywriting and digital marketing experience.

-Capacity to communicate effectively with senior leadership, ability to lead and manage staff, be flexible, and oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously while also working effectively under the pressure of deadlines and evolving priorities.

-Strong, team-centric leadership and management skills, and skilled in mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong creative, conceptual and storytelling skills a must.

-Experience producing content for websites, blogs, social, email, and paid search.

-Sharp attention to detail for grammar, spelling, and punctuation and adherence to brand guidelines.

-Experience with Google Analytics, paid search and SEO-rich copywriting (Google certifications preferred)

-Ability to work closely and effectively with clients to build rapport and identify goals and key performance indicators for a successful agency-client partnership.

-Take initiative and function effectively both independently and as a member of a team, with a willingness to take on and assist with routine and last minute projects.
