We’re looking for clear, concise, compelling, and credible social media content that captivates. We’re looking for a hardworking, self-sufficient problem solver to hold themselves and their work to the highest standards.

As a Social Media Manager, you will:

  • Write, design, and implement social media campaigns to align with our client’s business goals
  • Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives
  • Analyze social data using monitoring tools and make frequent improvement suggestions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
  • Achieve production goals, project deadlines, and agency Q/A best practices

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Google
  • Excellent problem-solving techniques
  • Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure
  • Clear, confident communication abilities
  • Effective time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, graphics, and video)
  • Significant experience leading a brand’s social media initiatives
  • Keen understanding of how to develop effective social media strategies
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
  • Familiarity with digital design software such as Canva or Adobe Express
  • Clear, confident communication abilities
  • Effective time-management skills
